Time Sync is a productivity tool that reads the events you already store in Apple Calendar and shows you insights such as total scheduled hours. We publish this Privacy Policy to meet Apple’s App Store requirements and applicable privacy laws worldwide, including the EU GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other regional regulations. Apple requires every App Store submission to disclose data practices clearly and to keep them current.

This Policy covers all personal data the App handles on your Apple device and explains the very limited circumstances in which data might leave the device. It does not cover data collected on any external websites or services that you may visit via links from the App.

Apple classifies Calendar Events as a discrete data type; even if they never leave the device, developers must disclose that the app accesses them.

All calendar data stays inside your device’s secure sandbox. Calculations occur in memory and cached results are discarded when you close the App. No personal calendar content is transmitted to our servers or third parties. This “on-device first” approach aligns with Apple’s privacy-by-design guidelines.

We embed no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or external storage providers. The only external party that may receive limited diagnostic data (when you choose to share it) is Apple Inc. under its own privacy terms.
